First, I would like to say thank you for your interest in my company! Cocos Lovies will accept exchanges, only if the item is in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. Exchanges should be made within a 21-day time frame, after the purchase date. After 21 days’s the exchange can not be returned! It is the responsibility of the customer to process all shipping and handling fees. And once again thank you for your interest!
